Serves: 4/2 slices toast per person

Ingredients:
- 1# Strawberries-washed and diced
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- 1 large jalapeño-minced-use seeds and white ribs if you prefer more heat
- ½ lime-juiced
- 2 Tablespoons Tequila
- 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 8 diagonally sliced pieces of bread about 1” thick from Artisan French Baguette
- Olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves- cut in half
- 2 avocados-sliced in ¼" slices
Directions:
In medium bowl, add strawberries, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, tequila and cilantro. Stir to combine and set aside.
Rub cast iron grill pan with oil and pre-heat the pan on medium heat. Drizzle each side of the bread slices with olive oil and rub each side with a garlic slice. Use one garlic slice for each slice of bread. Grill each side of bread for 2-3 minutes or until you have nice grill marks. Top each slice of bread with slices of avocado and spoon strawberry salsa on top. Serve immediately.
